    Customer Mini-Sites

    Every customer has their own *mini-site* where they can add up to three pages of content. The mini-site always includes a list of the customer's locations along with maps and driving directions, and a contact form.

    Customers can submit article and video content to the site (which can then be approved by the content manager) which will also show up in their mini-site.

    All of this information can be managed either by the content manager or the individual customer's themselves through a stateful approval process.

The Home Interior Guide was a complete redesign of an existing PHP site with a limited and mostly static dataset into a much improved Ruby on Rails application. All existing listing data was migrated into a new geocoded database making it much easier to maintain customer listings. Automated customer sign up and mini-sites were added to further reduce the management effort and increase the value for the customer.
